Referral Process
If you are self-funding your treatment, you can refer yourself. (see Contact)
If you are involved in a personal injury claim, your Solicitor or GP can refer you. (all correspondence to The Ridgeway Hospital, Moormead Road, Wroughton, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN4 9DD)
If you have health care insurance and wish third party reimbursement you must be referred by your GP to a Consultant Psychiatrist either in the NHS or privately.
There are at least two Consultant Psychiatrists at The Ridgeway Hospital. One specialises in children and adolescents, and the other in adult psychiatry, specialising in trauma and acute anxiety states.
